PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, a connection control method, and a radio communication system that are capable of performing efficient radio communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 10 forms a radio area and comprises an estimation unit 105 and a control unit 104. The estimation unit 105 estimates a type of terminal device that has newly requested connection on the basis of information obtained from connection in the past in the radio area.
