PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of precisely adjusting an assembling position of an optical part for a semiconductor laser element with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a support mechanical part 31 supporting the optical part 32 so as to become movable in the prescribed direction for an optical block 11c1 and a movement mechanical part 33 moving the optical part 32 so as to match a line 32b or a mark 35 showing the axis of the optical part 32 with a central line constituted of an optical element structural body by engaging it with the side end of the optical part 32 or an engagement part 32a formed on a part of the part 32.
