PURPOSE: A noise rejection device performing noise removal in a digital image processor through the noise removal is provided to obtain a clear image by removing the noise without motion blurring of a motion target. CONSTITUTION: A motion detection unit(110) detects the motion information from a current frame. A sub window setting unit(130) sets up sub windows of the fixed number for the mutual comparison of the motion target of a previous frame. A noise reduction unit(140) performs temporal noise reduction between the movement object classified in the current frame and the movement object classified in the previous frame. |
