PURPOSE:To attain a good detection sensitivity by reducing the effect of temperature variation on a piezoelectric gyro thereby suppressing drift in the differential detection. CONSTITUTION:To an oscillator 12, piezoelectric elements 14, 16, 18 are bonded through a conductive paste 20. The conductive paste 20 is excellent in the stability of bonding strength to the frit component, e.g. glass or binder, in the paste 20 or mechanical properties against temperature variation as compared with a resin adhesive, e.g. epoxy resin adhesive. Consequently, the temperature characteristics of resonance frequency and resonance impedance of the oscillator 12 and the piezoelectric elements 14, 16, 18 are enhanced resulting in the stabilized characteristics against temperature variation. Furthermore, drift in the output from a differential detection circuit 32 is suppressed. |
