PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation in the size of products in width and length directions by providing conducting means for electrically connecting external electrodes opposed through a board having a resistor on one surface and external electrode respectively on one and other ends of one and the other surfaces of the board. SOLUTION: A ferromagnetic board 21 has one surface 21A on which a specified material-made resistor 22 is printed longitudinally of the board 21 and external electrodes 23A, 23B having a three-layer structure are provided so as to electrically connect one and other ends of its length to the resistor 22. On the other surface 21B of the board 21 external electrodes 24A, 24B having an identical three-layer structure are opposed and electrically connected to these external electrodes 23A, 24A, 23B, 24B through vias 25A, 25B, respectively. |
