The input side of the tube has inlet openings for the annular volume at a finite distance from and upstream of the central annular opening. The device has a central stop opening (34) concentrically enclosed by a channel-like annular volume (60) with an annular opening whose outer radius equals the inner radius of a downstream section of a mixing tube (20). A nozzle (22) protrudes into the upstream initial region of the mixing tube so that this region forms the outer wall of the annular volume. The input side of the tube has decentralized inlet openings (68) for the annular volume arranged at a finite distance from and upstream of the central annular opening.
