The subject matter of the invention is the final construction of the electronic modulo-10 counter according to P 3128764.6 as an up counter and down counter and up/down counter. In the present case, the double flip-flop principle was adopted in order to achieve a reliable functional capability. The decades of the down counter are additionally provided with an adjusting circuit (53). In comparison with the electronic modulo-10 counters according to P 3146336.3 and P 3147438.1 and P 3212755.3, the present counters have one double flip flop more per decade and are thus superseded when the production of the counters according to P 3146336.3 and P 3147438.1 and P 3212755.3 is possible without difficulties. <IMAGE>
