PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for printing which has no difference between the front and rear colors of the sheet and can be used not only for OHP but also for decoration by forming an ink receiving layer on a base of a mixture containing at least, either of a hydrophilic resin or a water-soluble resin, and further, a specific percentage of an ionic substance. SOLUTION: In a sheet for printing consisting of an ink receiving layer formed on a base such as a sheet for OHP, a hydrophilic resin or a water-soluble resin is used as a resin for forming the ink receiving layer, and the ink receiving layer contains a cationic or an amphoteric ionic substance for promoting a chemical reaction with ink for ink jet printing, especially a water-soluble ink. In this case, the ionic substance should preferably be of such a type that it contains a quaternary ammonium group which is a cationic group. This sheet for printing is used for a display of such a type that after the formation of an image, a mount is arranged on one of the faces of the sheet and an image is shown by emitting a back light from the rear face of the mount. |
