<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of unevenness in drying in the width direction by providing at least one sheet of screen plates whose whole surfaces are porous, in the direction of crossing the flow of hot blast from an outlet to inlet, at the section close to the hot blast supply port within a heating and dying room. SOLUTION: A strip film made of heat-resistant synthetic resin supplied from a winding reel 2 is wound on a winding reel 6 after passing through a tunnel type of preliminary drying room 3 and through the heating and drying room 4 and a heating and drying room 5 at a proper speed. Then, within the heating and drying room 4, two sheets of screen plates 11 and 12 where many small holes are perforated all over the surface are provided to cross the flow of hot blast going from an outlet to inlet, an the section close to the hot blast supply port 4a to the interior of the heating room 4. In this constitution, slurry liquid 9 applied on the topside of the film 1 is wound in order on a winding reel 10 after drying. Hereby, the hot blast blown in from the hot blast supply port 4a is dispersed in width direction, and the unevenness in width direction can be reduced surely.</p> |
