PURPOSE:To carry out the prevention of shaft leak current at a low cost, by electrically insulating bearings between hydraulic oil introduction pipes and a hydraulic oil introduction section casing, and a bushing between a blade opening degree detecting lever and a casing, respectively. CONSTITUTION:There are provided electrically insulating linings 201, 211, 221 in bearings 17, 18 supporting hydraulic oil introduction pipes 4, 5 and in a bushing 19 supporting a blade opening degree detecting lever 15. Thereby, the linings 201, 211, 221 completely insulate between a hydraulic oil introduction section casing 16 and the hydraulic oil introduction pipes 4, 5, and between the blade opening degree detecting lever 15 and a casing 16, thereby no insulating flanges or the like are required. |
