PURPOSE:To mold an optical disc board, which has especially little optical distortion and is superior in heat resistance and solvent resistance, in a short period of time through photo-setting by a method wherein the quality of the material of an outer circumferential ring for formation of the outside diameter of a molding disk is specified. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting resin composition 4 is cast into a mold constituted of a glass sheet 1 of the upper side, a glass stamper 2 of the lower side and an outer circumferential ring 3, ultraviolet rays are applied to the same from both of the upper and lower sides and a board is obtained. In addition, in this instance, for example, a silicone rubber ring whose bending modulus of elasticity is 5-50kg/mm<2> or a ring having a recessed part made of SUS3O4 is used as an outer circumferential ring and an aluminum metallized film is provided on the outer circumference of a glass sheet directly above the ring made of the SUS304 as the outer circumferential ring. |
