PURPOSE:To obtain a plurality of extruded foamed boards having desired thickness without performing slicing by horizontally providing a passage dividing plate in the sizing die provided to an one-stage extrusion foam molding apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A passage dividing plate 6 is provided in a sizing die main body 3 and the side surfaces thereof are brought into close contact with the inside side surface of the sizing die main body 3. Herein, the flow resistance of a thermoplastic material can be reduced by forming the leading end part of the passage dividing plate 6 in the vicinity of the inlet end of the sizing die main body 3 into a streamline shape or a proper R-shape. The space in the sizing die main body 3 is divided up and down by providing the passage dividing plate 6 and the cross-sectional areas of the upper and lower spaces can be arbitrarily changed. The ratio of the divided cross-sectional areas of the inlet cross section of the sizing die main body is equal to that of the divided cross-sectional areas of the outlet cross section of a molding machine. |
