An organic luminescent device of the present invention prevents a decrease in light emitting efficiency and durability due to hole and electron distribution imbalance inside a first organic light emitting layer of a first stack or a second organic light emitting layer of a second stack by thickening the thickness (x) of a first electron generating layer thicker than that of a second electron generating layer (y), and enhancing a quantity of electrons supplied to the first organic light emitting layer of the first stack or the second organic light emitting layer of the second stack.
