TRANSFERED FOAM COMPOSITION AND FORMING PROCEDURE USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a transferring-type foaming body composition, and to a method for molding a foaming body by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a transferring-type foaming body composition in which bubbles are evenly formed in a thermoplastic polymer, and to a method for molding a foaming body by using the same. The transferring-type foaming body composition according to the present invention is mixed with 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polymer and 1 to 30 parts by weight of foaming body master batch, wherein the thermoplastic polymer and the foaming body master batch are respectively formed in a pellet shape. The method for molding a foaming body by using a transferring-type foaming body composition according to the present invention comprises: a first step of producing a foaming body master batch by adding 100 to 300 parts by weight of a foaming body in 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polymer, by distributing the same in a kneading mixer, and by pelletizing the same in an extruder; a second step of mixing 1 to 30 parts by weight of the foaming body master batch with respect to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic polymer through a dry blending scheme, feeding the same in a hopper, and foaming the same in a transferring device having a temperature of 5 to 10°C which is higher than the decomposition temperature of the foaming body; and a third step of producing a foaming body by feeding and cooling the foamed composition in a mold.
