摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform laser beam machining having good quality by changing the direction of a laser beam generated from a laser device, condensing to a focus near an opening with a first condensing optical system, again condensing with a second condensing optical system and guiding to a work. SOLUTION: In a condenser 6 having an oval cross sectional shape and causing a cooling medium to flow for cooling, a solid element 300 which contains an active solid medium and that an aberration is reduced by roughening a surface, is excited with the light from an exciting light source arranged with a power source 5. The laser beam generated is reciprocated by a laser beam resonator consisting of a total reflection mirror 11, a condensing lens 12, a partial reflection mirror 2 to be amplified. The direction of the laser beam 15 generated by this laser device is changed by the total reflection mirror 11a and is condensed to a focus in an opening 500 with the condensing mirror 12a1, a surrounding beam is removed. Successively, again the spread laser beam 15 is again condensed by a condensing lens 12a2, laser beam machining is performed by its small spot while spraying an inert gas from a machining nozzle 810.</p>
