PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system having a mechanism for widely inviting IP suppliers via the Internet and performing IP initial evaluation based on a specification sheet opened on a Web server. SOLUTION: This design support system having the specification sheet 1 for designing hardware, an HDL designing part 13 for preparing HDL data based on the specification sheet 1, a logically synthesizing part 14 for logically synthesizing the HDL data and a simulation part 15 for verifying the operation of a logic synthesis, opens the specification sheet 1, the HDL data 16 and a verification results report 17 to the public on the Internet by using the Web server 11. |
