PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce redoing work by providing a means for calculating and judging whether or not a detecting load detected by a load detecting means exceeds an allowable load at least in a part on a preset moving passage when moving a work stand along the preset moving passage. SOLUTION: A controller 30 is provided with an allowable load memory 31 for storing an allowable load set in response to a position of a work stand decided on the basis of an overturning limit, and is provided with an arithmetic processing circuit 32 for arithmetically operating whether or not a load acting on the work stand exceeds an allowable load in a moving passage when moving a boom along the moving passage. This boom actuation control device can prevent an overload state unmovable on a preset passage by previously actuating a warning in a work stage of loading a loading object onto the work stand. Thus, an untrasportable situation which is caused because an overturning preventive device is actuated in the middle of moving the work stand is eliminated, so that redoing work can be abolished.
