The rotary volumetric pump is provided with a plurality of division pins formed on an outer peripheral surface of a rotor and a plurality of rotary valves formed on the outside of the division pins and having a plurality of grooves by a constant interval, to thereby be in a linear contact with the rotor upon the interaction with the rotor. As a result, the rotary valve is installed under the arrangement where the outer surface of the rotor centering around the rotor is divided into 4 parts by the constant interval(90= ), whereby the performance of the pump is dependent upon the multiplication of the number of rotary valves by the number of division pins of the rotor.
