<p>Appts. for in-line compression of dental plaster casts to a given size comprises two pressing plates which centre the mould sections and of which one (3) comprises at least three stay bolts (8-10) which also act as fixing, centring and spacing bolts for the other plate. The plates are pref. made of coloured anodised hard Al and are circular, with centring recesses e. g. three holes (4-6) located at the angles of an equilateral central triangle (7) in the free surfaces between the stay bolts. One stay bolt (9) lies along a plate radius (r) extending through the centre of one hole (4), and the other two with equal edge spacing (A) lie along an imaginary line (L) which is perpendicular to the plate radius of the first hole and extends through the opening zones of the other two holes.</p> |
