<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the grinding efficiency of artificial teeth in manufacturing a dental denture by installing a vibrator on an articulator, and using the vibrator as a driving device for grinding the artificial teeth in an vibration generator constituted of an oscillating circuit and the vibrator connected to it. SOLUTION: A horn 7 is connected to a connecting screw 6 installed on the output side 5 of a bolted Langevin type vibrator 1 connected to an oscillating circuit 4, the other end of the horn 7 is inserted into the fixing screw hole of a mounting plate 13 installed on an articulator upper jaw side 11 through a washer 9 and a rubber packing 10, and the mounting plate 13 is pressed and fixed to the lower face of the articulator upper jaw side 11 by a screw formed at the tip section of the horn 7. The ultrasonic vibrator 1 is used for thickness vertical vibration on an articulator, a denture fitted on the articulator is vertically vibrated, collisions between idle abrasive grains provided between artificial teeth arranged on a denture and the artificial teeth are increased, and the grinding efficiency of the artificial teeth on the articulator is increased.</p> |
