A tablet/capsule packaging machine having a cassette refill function is provided to reset a new cassette when a cassette refill request is made, and to make a newly filled cassette available immediately by driving the reset cassette. A tablet/capsule packaging machine(1) comprises a keypad(10), a sensor(20) to sense the state of a cassette, a controller(30), a memory(40) to store cassette information and a notice message for sending a cassette refill request, an interface(50) to communicate with a server(100), and a display(60). The controller includes a receiving processing unit(31) to receive the sensed state information from the sensor, a decision unit(32) to decide the presence of a preparation error, a message detection unit(33) to detect a notice message for giving a cassette refill request, a transmission processing unit(34) to transmit the message to the server via the interface, a cassette drive unit(35), and a cassette setup unit(36). |
