PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a delivery by pay-on-delivery when a home delivery box and a locker device or the like is used as a delivery destination.SOLUTION: When a locker device 10 is used as a delivery destination of an article, the locker device 10 stores, as payment setting data, whether or not a payment is required in receiving the stored article and a payment amount of it when the payment is required. When a user receives the article, the locker device 10 reads the payment setting data, carries out payment processing as necessary, and unlocks a storage part with the article stored.
