PURPOSE:To enable a shocking force to be varied to an electric discharging energy under a long electric discharging time with an efficient manner by a method wherein the material quality of an outer case is constituted by nylon resin material containing 10% or higher glass fiber and a high adhesive epoxy resin is filled in a clearance between a piezo-electric element and the outer case. CONSTITUTION:The housing space of an outer case 12 is arranged in such a way as a piezo-electric element 2 can be inserted at the side part of the case, the outer case is constituted by nylon resin material containing more than 10% of glass fiber, both ends of the piezoelectric element 2 are provided with an abutment plate 13 and receptacle 14 having an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of the piezo- electric element 2, the piezo-electric element is pressed with a pressing spacer 15, thereafter a high adhesive epoxy resin 16 is filled in a clearance between the piezo-electric element 2 and the case 12. With the foregoing arrangement, the piezo-electric element 2, abutment plate 13, receptacle 14 and outer case 12 are forcedly adhered and held by adhesive agent 16, so that the piezo-electric element 2 is resonated together with the adhesive agent 16 and the case 12 to cause an efficient vibration to be induced and to elongate an electric discharging time T2 and at the same time its vibrating waveform is positively generated and an electric discharging energy is increased. |
