The overall protection unit to distribution sector connector is a central block (2) placed between the input switch protection (B) and the individual sector circuit trips (3,4). The connector has interconnection points on its upper (6) and lower (5) face. Wire connections are made across to the overall protection unit, and across to the individual trip units. Trip unit connections are made by the use of comb-like conducting sections with prongs inserted into the inter connection holes.
