PROCESS FOR PREPARING HETEROATOM-DOPED GRAPHENE

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of graphene doped with heteroatom. More particularly, the manufacturing method of graphene doped with heteroatom comprises the following steps of: (i) heating a mixture of a heteroatom precursor and an alkali metal supply source under an inert atmosphere; and (ii) separating graphene doped with heteroatom. The heteroatom precursor does not include a hydroxyl group. The present invention also relates to a use of graphene manufactured according to the present invention.
