<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the cracking of a protective film at the time of formation of conductive films and the breakdown of electrode patterns at the time of continuity inspection by forming the protective film by using a photosensitive resin contg. >=2 acryloyl groups as photosensitive groups on colored layers in such a manner that the protective film does not exist in the outer peripheral part of the colored layers. CONSTITUTION:The resin film 3 consisting of the photosensitive resin having >=2 acryloyl groups as the photosensitive groups is applied atop the colored layers 2 formed on a transparent substrate 1. Only the resin film 3 in the upper part of the colored layers 2 is irradiated with UV rays through a photomask 4 and is thereby cured to provide the protective film 3. Since the resin film 3 in the outer peripheral part of the colored layers 2 not irradiated with the UV rays is not cured at this time, the resin is dissolved away by a soln. having the compatibility with the uncured resin to expose the transparent substrate 1 of this part. The breakdown of the electrode patterns at the time of the continuity inspection and the formation of the conductive films as well as the generation of the cracking at the time of the treatment of the oriented film are prevented in this way.</p> |
