PURPOSE:To simplify setting and confirm the state of close contact from outside by placing a skin material in the almost tensioned state to a bucket before the skin material is set in a foam molding die, setting the same in the state as it is on a molding surface, transferring the skin material only to the molding surface side and setting thereon. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 1 is set in a bucket 6 before the same is set in a foam molding die 2. The bucket 6 is formed with a synthetic resin material to provided proper elasticity, and its outer shape is so formed as to match a molding surface of the foam molding die 2 and formed into a network of given size mesh. The bucket 6 in the state of being covered with the skin 1 is set in the mold 2 in a manner to match thereon and pressed to a molding surface 3 to match the skin material 1 close to the molding surface 3. While an end section (the section protruded out of the bucket 6) of the skin material 1 is pulled, a needle 4 is thrusted and fixed thereon, and a side surface of the bucket 6 is bent inwardly and the bucket 6 only is taken out leaving the skin material 1 stick to the molding surface 3. |
