PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed product of polypore which is edible in order to promote health. SOLUTION: Carbonized product of polypore is immersed into water and acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid and malic acid are each separately added thereto and pH of the solution is controlled to 5-0.5 to elute substances contained in the carbonized product. In the above processing method, when acetic acid is used, a filtrate of a liquid obtained by eluting a substance contained in the carbonized product is heated and isolated acetic acid is vaporized. The substance can be eaten without hindrance. Since the voice of a person which ate the substance become strong, suitable amount of the substance is estimated by using strength of voice as rough standard. Since the voice becomes further strong if some degree of exercise accompanies, proper momentum is estimated. Thereby, hypotension is instantaneously solved and pain of prostatitis disappears and bowel movement is improved. |
