THERMAL FUNCTIONAL COATING COIL BASE FOR COOKER

PURPOSE: A coil base for a cooking unit is provided to increase heat efficiency since a heat-resistant coated layer contains silica powder to prevent the deceleration of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A coil base for a cooking unit comprises a coil base(20) and a heat-resistant coated layer(40). The outer surface of the coil base is wound by induction heating coil(30) of an induction heating cooling unit(100). An inner pot is placed in the coil base. The heat-resistant coated layer coats the outer surface of the coil base. The heat-resistant coated layer contains 30~45wt.% of heat-resistant paints, 40~60wt.% of bio silica powder, and 5~10wt.% of tourmaline powder. The heat-resistant paints are manufactured by heat-resistant treatment to one selected from a group comprising urethane resin and silicon resin.
