<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to know the time when a payment condition becomes advantageous when purchasing an article such as an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: This alternative information presentation system for presenting alternative information for replacement of a commodity purchased by loan comprises a commodity master 14 for storing, for every commodity, the initial price, the assessment of the price falling with the lapse of time, and the like; a customer master 12 for storing, for every customer who purchased a commodity, the commodity purchased by a customer, the payment condition thereof, and the like; and an arithmetic part 21 for generating an assessment curve showing the time-wise transition of the assessment at least from the present point to the future based on the assessment acquired from the commodity master 14 and a balance curve showing the time-wise transition of the balance at least from the present point to the future based on the information acquired from the customer master 16, overlapping the both to generate a graph, and calculating and presenting a payment condition when a new commodity as an alternative commodity is purchased at an optional point of time selected in reference to the graph. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
