PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and accurately perform an image diagnosis.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: color image acquisition means for acquiring color image data indicating a color image of a biological tissue; lesion determination means for determining whether or not each pixel of the color image is a pixel of a lesioned part based on the color image data; marking means for putting a mark indicating the position of the lesioned part on the color image based on the result of the determination.
