PURPOSE:To obtain a molded body excellent in shock resistance by a method wherein 200wt% or more of inorganic filler is blended with thermoplastic resin material and said material is injection-molded under the condition that the temperature of the mold of an injection molder is set at a temperature ranging from the thermal deformation temperature of the above-mentioned resin material to the temperature lower than said temperature by 20 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:Highly inorganic filler-filled thermoplastic resin material is obtained by mixing at least 200pts.wt. of inorganic filler based on 100pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin. On the other hand, said resin material is injection-molded under the condition that the temperature of the mold of an injection molder is set at a temperature ranging from the thermal deformation temperature of the highly inorganic filler-filled thermoplastic resin material to the temperature lower than said temperature by 20 deg.C. Thus, the thermal properties are improved and a thermoplastic resin molded body excellent in shock resistance can be obtained, regardless of a large amount of inorganic filler filled in the molded body. |
