The invention concerns device (10) for fixing a motor-fan unit (24) on a heat exchanger comprising an internal support (12) forming a housing for fixing the motor-fan unit motor head and having a lateral opening (16) to provide a passage for a motor equipment (38), an external support (14) enclosing the internal support and capable of being fixed to the heat-exchanger, and linking reinforcing elements (18) linking the internal support and the external support. The invention is useful for fixing a motor-fan unit on a motor vehicle internal combustion engine cooling radiator.
