PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system of high security level that is free of a ciphered key to be simply stolen by changing a cipher key by every person who comes in and goes out and eliminating it than a total system uses a fixed ciphered key. SOLUTION: Data of an ID card 2-5 possessed by a person who comes and goes are read by a card reader 2-4. Also the person who comes in and goes out makes a hand shape discriminator 2-6 discriminate his hand. The hand shape discriminator 2-6 extracts a cipher key correspond to hand shape data from a table which stores the key in advance. When there is a corresponding cipher key, a ciphering device 2-3 performs a decoding processing by using card data transmitted from the card reader 2-4 and the ciphered key sent by the hand shape discriminator 2-6. When fixed numbers correctly continue by the digit number of the ID number, it is judged that they are correctly decoded ID numbers, and individual information table is checked whether or not it can pass by using these ID numbers and the result is outputted. |
