PURPOSE:To prevent the shape of opening of a composite vessel formed in a perfect circular shape from deforming with the passage of time by a method wherein a plug with a perfect circular cross section is insertedly fitted to the opening of a composite vessel quickly after the vessel is taken out of a molding die and, after that, the above vessel is heat-treated within the specified temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A composite vessel, to the opening of which a plug 9 is insertedly fitted quickly after the vessel is taken out of a molding die, is heat- treated under the state with the plug fitted to its opening. The plug 9 is installed on a flat stand 10 and has a perfect circular cross section. The temperature of heat treatment lies in the temperature range of 50-100 deg.C. The opening of the heat-treated composite vessel does not deform elliptically or, even when deforms, the deformation amount of the opening is small. |
