PURPOSE:To obtain a novel enzyme-labelled antibody for establishing an immunological measuring method having high measuring sensitivity and a wide measuring range and capable of obtaining a measuring result reduced in irregularity, by setting the number (average mol number per 1mol of IgG) of thiol groups introduced into immune globulin (IgG) to a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing an enzyme-labelled antibody, which is obtained by the crosslinking reaction of an antibody wherein a thiol group was introduced into IgG used as an antibody and enzyme wherein a maleimide group was introduced into glucoseoxidase (GOD), using a sandwich method in enzyme immunological measurement, the number N of thiol groups introduced into IgG are set to Z<=N<=4. By using thus obtained enzyme-labelled antibody, a method for measuring the number of thiol groups being a relatively simple parameter can be established without using a factor difficult to measure, for example, the number of crosslinkings or a crosslinking state. |
