<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a machining process by studying the assignment order of a tool, used in the preceding time in the machining process, while preferentially assigning the order of the tool in use in accordance with this study. CONSTITUTION:A RAM 17 able to perform read-write is connected to a bus line 10 of a CPU11, being used as a work memory controlling a motor 20 or for a memory of a tooling file of automatic process determining function selecting a tool in accordance with a machining process in the time of cutting. Further the automatic process determining function additionally provides a study function studying a process sequence, assigned by the operator, to be transferred to the top part of the tooling file. Accordingly, when the operator separately selects a desired tool by changing a shape or the like of a workpiece not by using the tool assigned to the automatic process determining function, the tooling file is rearranged in the order of the tool used by the study function. Consequently, preferentially selecting the desired tool in the case of again automatically selecting the tool, the machining process improves its efficiency.</p> |
