PURPOSE:To reuse resources of empty bottles made of glass and shells by pulverizing the supplied empty bottles made of glass or ceramics, or shells, etc., and making them into roundish stable particles of no angle after plugs and labels are separated. CONSTITUTION:A primary pulverizing passage 3 and a secondary pulverizing passage 4 are provided under the hopper into which the matter to be treated, such as empty bottles W made of glass or ceramics, articles of glass, or shells, are supplied. The constant amount transfer unit 6 having constant amount chamber 9 and the primary pulverizer 11 having plural hammers 12 are provided in the passage 3. The secondary pulverizer 15 having plural hammers 17 each spoke of which has an angle slanted to the direction of revolution so as to generate a wind pressure flow is provided in the passage 4. In the upper part of the pulverizer 15, there are provided the introduction plate 19 which introduces and discharges the attached pieces of the articles to be treated, such as plugs and labels, scattered by the wind pressure flow of the pulverizer 15, and collision plate 21 which is collided with the secondarily pulverized matter and introduces the attached pieces to the side of the introduction plate 19, and a product discharge opening 22 is provided in the lower part. |
