PURPOSE: To obtain a vulnerary implantation jig of a fixing hole high in fatigue resistance. CONSTITUTION: This implantation jig 10 is composed of a base member produced from biocompatible austenite stainless steel, a biocompatible titanium base alloy or a biocompatible cobalt base alloy and contains at least one fixing hole 14 expanded by predetermined quantity, pref., quantity of 2.5-6% of an initial diameter by cold processing. Further, after the fixing hole of the implantation jig for orthopedics is subjected to cold working, the hole region thereof is cut so as to have a final diameter to improve the fatigue resistance of the implantation jig in the hole region.
