PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for measuring body movement by which it is possible to measure the total magnitude of body movement during sleeping and to watch the dangerous behavior or symptom of a sleeping person. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of apparatus 9a-9e for detecting vibration are fitted up to a bedding and detect the vibration caused by the body movement, and the detected vibration is converted into the signal of the body movement through a signal converting apparatus 10, and the signal is integrated with a time series function integrater 14 for a given time correspondingly to each vibration detecting apparatus, and their total sum is calculated with a calculating apparatus 16 and the total magnitude of body movement as body movement energy is calculated. |
