PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoregulatory agent and an antiinflammatory agent each having stable immunoregulatory and anti-inflammatory activities and effective for autoimmune diseases, especially collagen disease, systemic lupus erythematous, chronic rheumatoid arthritis and the like. SOLUTION: This immunoregulatory agent and the antiinflammatory agent each contains the extract of Agaricus blazei Murr. as an ingredient. The Agaricus blazei Murr. is preferably Agaricus blazei Murr. CJ-01. The Agaricus blazei Murr. CJ-01 is covered with soil in a compost culture medium having a pH of 5.5-7.0, a water content of 55-80% and a C/N ratio of 25-95 and cultured under the irradiation of light.
