PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety of lamp replacing work and operation facility. SOLUTION: A rotary operating portion 23 of a manual elevator is rotationally operated, thereby elevating a lamp holder unit 5 suspended on at least three points including two points opposite to a wire 18 of the manual elevator with the center line held therebetween, and further, a lamp side contact connected to a lamp 14 is brought into contact with respect to a main body side contact 8 connected to a lighting circuit in the case where the lamp holder unit 5 is elevated up to a predetermined position. Consequently, only the rotating operation of the rotary operating portion on the ground can achieve replacement work of the lamp 14 without using any ladder or bucket car, and further, can achieve excellent stability at the time of the elevating operation of the lamp holder unit 5. |
