PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive wide band signals by a method for being hardly affected by normal interference signals. SOLUTION: A transmission/reception unit (SE1) is provided with a reception unit (EMP1) for receiving the frequency value of the normal interference signals caused in a transmission link, a memory (MEMO1) for storing the received frequency value, generators (SG1 and NG1) for generating a spread function provided with spectrum zero by the frequency value decided from the stored frequency value and a multiplier (MUL1) for multiplying the spread function to the wide band signals to be transmitted. The spectrum zero is generated so as to position at least one spectrum zero in the frequency range of the wide band signals in the case of multiplying individual interference signals to the spread function provided with the spectrum zero and interference caused by the interference signals is reduced at the time of converging the wide band signals in a center.
