PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching and detaching a panel such that when a magnetic inverting display panel should be exchanged because of damages or its life, the cost of members for exchanging panels can be decreased and panels can be easily exchanged from the frame body. SOLUTION: In a bulletin board using a magnetic inverting display panel in which a dispersion liquid essentially comprising a magnetic display material in minute particles with the magnetic poles colored into different colors, a dispersion medium and a tackifier and having a yield point is held by a supporting material, the bulletin board consists of a frame body, a writing panel prepared by laminating a magnetic flux concentrating member having ferromagnetism to the back face of a display panel, and a back board prepared by fixing a seat material having sucking property or adhesive property on which the writing panel can be repeatedly sucked or adhered and removed on the reinforcing plate to fix the writing panel. The back board has one or more positioning guides.
