<p>PURPOSE: To impart satisfactory heat insulating performance, UV shielding performance, etc., at the time of interposing an intermediate film layer between two transparent glasses to form the laminated glass by dispersing functional superfine particles with the diameter specified or below in the intermediate film layer. CONSTITUTION: Functional superfine particles (e.g. conductive antimony-contg. tin oxide superfine particles) having <=0.2μm diameter are dispersed in an intermediate film. A polyvinyl butyral resin film is preferably used as the intermediate film. When the functional superfine particles are dispersed, the particles having <=0.2μm diameter are uniformly dispersed in a solvent dissolving the polyvinyl butyral resin, and then the solvent is uniformly dissolved in the resin along with an additive such as a plasticizer and kneaded, formed into film and dried. Subsequently, at least two transparent glass sheets are laminated by using the obtained intermediate film and vitrified, and a laminated glass is produced.</p> |
