PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of an extraction beverage due to the mounting defect of a chamber which is an extraction part by providing a detection means for detecting whether or not the extraction part is attached to the lower part of an ejection port and an ejection obstruction means for obstructing the ejection of hot water for extraction by a heating part. SOLUTION: This extraction beverage manufacturing device 1 is provided with a detection switch 10 for detecting the mounting condition of the chamber 6 and a solenoid 11 as the ejection obstruction means operated linked with it. The detection switch 10 is provided on a position where a chamber end part is to be abutted when the chamber 6 comes to a mounting direction terminating position, and when the chamber 6 is moved to a stipulated mounting position along guiding grooves provided on both sides of a chamber mounting surface 9 and precisely mounted to the mounting surface 9, the end part of the chamber 6 is abutted to the detection switch 10 and the mounting of the chamber 6 is detected. The solenoid 11 is provided with a plunger 11a attached freely movably forwards and backwards and a spring 11b for pressing it in an advancing direction. |
