摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain silicon steel sheet having low iron loss and high magnetic flux density in full process or semi-process by hot-rolling and cold-rolling a steel ingot containing specific contents of C, Si, Mn, Al, further, Sn or Sb and executing finish-annealing in a specific condition in a specific atmosphere. SOLUTION: The steel ingot or steel slab containing by wt.% of <=0.01% C, 0.1-3.5% Si, 0.1-2.0% Mn and <=2.0% Al is hot-rolled and if necessary, a hot-rolled sheet annealing is applied, and after removing scale with pickling, the cold-rolling is applied at one time or two or more times containing the intermediate annealing, and successively, the finish-annealing is executed to obtain a non-grain oriented silicon steel sheet. At this time, in the steel ingot or the steel slab for blank, 0.005-0.4% Sn and/or Sb are further contained. Further, the finish-annealing is executed under condition of 700-1100 deg.C for <=2 min in the atmosphere satisfying PH2 O/PH2 <=5.e<x> /ln(T+273) (PH2 O is the partial pressure of H2 O, PH2 is the partial pressure of H2 , (x) is Sb+Sn and T is the annealing temp.) in >=1% H2 concn.
