A tablet printing device conveys a large number of tablet magazines (60) containing tablets on a delivery conveyor (1) while using an inkjet printer (10) as a printing device to sequentially print on both sides of the tablets without contact therewith, transfers the tablet magazines (60) after printing from the delivery conveyor (1) to a planar looping conveyance path, allows the tablets to be dried after printing and retrieved on the looping conveyance path, and then has the vacant tablet magazines (60) once again be returned to the starting end of the delivery conveyor (1) so that tablet printing is continuously performed.
