PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture capsule which contains an encapsulated cement admixture and is capable of inhibiting the function(s) of the cement admixture for a prescribed period of time and adjusting the time at which exhibition of the function(s) is initiated, and concurrently with this exhibition of the function(s), provided with a thickening function. SOLUTION: This cement admixture capsule consists of a cement admixture used as a core material and a water-soluble high polymer which is used as a membranous shell material for encapsulating the cement admixture and has a thickening effect, wherein: the weight ratio of the cement admixture to the water-soluble high polymer is 99:1 to 50:50; the average particle size of the cement admixture is 0.1μm to 1 mm; and as the water-soluble high polymer having a thickening effect, polyvinyl alcohol is used. A grouting material containing such cement admixture capsules blended, is also provided. |
