The label holder, made e.g. from metal or plastic, has one end (4) shaped to receive a label such as a price tag, and the other with an inverted U-shaped flexible clamp (5) for gripping the edge of a box or other support. The flexible clamp can be made double or triple, having openings facing in three different directions, or be spring-loaded with lever ends in the form of a clothes peg.
